We understand that you might want to receive your NoNevus Mole Removal System as soon as possible so we also would like to provide you with additional delivery methods.
For 2 – 3 day delivery within the US, we recommend Priority Mail Shipping - add $8.95. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE LONGER. For Express Delivery within the US - add $34.95 - 1 - 2 day delivery. INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS REQUIRE 7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
RETURNS
Dear Valued Customer--
We guarantee your satisfaction with our 35 day from purchase 100% refund policy.
After receiving our product, you have 30 days to follow the instructions for use, and use the product. We guarantee NoNevus mole removal system will reduce and/or remove your moles within 30 days. Just use it and your moles will disappear. Be diligent. Use it everyday until the mole is gone. Sometimes one treatment is enought to scab over your mole. Tougher skin may require several treatments, but we guarantee IT WILL REMOVE YOUR MOLES. Then use our free anti-scar treamtent (enclosed with kit). We do not make any claims that our product will prevent the re-growth of moles, but there is enought mole remover in each jar to remove 4 moles.
Unopened packages may be returned at a 50% restocking fee. All others are ineligible. We do not refund undeliverable or refused mail. We will though hold the undeliverable packages for 30 days. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact CutiClear for their missing product. After 30 days buyer will have no claims to undeliverable product and their purchase will be voided. We cannot except returns for cash refund for packages that were opened or damaged in transit. Upon delivery examine immediately for disturbance or damage to package. If you find your package has been disturbed or damaged contact CutiClear immediately prior to opening product and we will send out a new package to you. Original sent packages must be returned to CutiClear for review.
All returns MUST include a Returned Merchandise Number (RMN). This is issued by the company. This number MUST be displayed on the return form which is posted on this page. You may obtain a RMN (return merchandise number) by contacting our returns department via email. You can find this information on the contact page of this site. This form must be filled out completely before we can process your return. If we do not receive this form along with the actual product and you’re original proof of purchase id number, which was sent to the email provided for purchase you are not eligible for a refund. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide all this information to obtain a refund.
Once we have received all that is requested we will either send you more products and/or refund your product price. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Please allow 15 to 20 days from when you receive an email stating we have processed your return for the funds to appear. We will issue you a refund by check. We will only issue a refund to the person whose name was on the original purchase order.
We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail. We can suggest you insure your return for the cost of the product because we cannot refund any money on packages lost or not received.
Product received after the 35 days from purchase will not be eligible for more product or a refund.
